Sprint Distance Course Maps
750 metre swim, 13 mile cycle, 3 mile run
The course will be fairly fast. The swim course is a very sheltered out and back swim. The bike course starts with a small incline that is a very fast rolling road into and around Mathry and back. The run is along the headland and around the coast, so is simply stunning and as you travel through Fishguard
The swim takes place in Fishguard bay which is protected by a breakwater on both sides. Athletes will swim one lap, exiting the water to large crowds before heading into transition for the cycle.

Beginning with a steady 3 mile ascent, heading to Mathry. From here you'll turn off and head back into Fishguard for T2 and the run leg of the race.
The route above is one lap of the course. Sprint distance athletes will only be required to do one loop of the run route.
